According to Israeli officials, 77 countries were absent or left the chamber at the start of Netanyahu’s 41-minute address. The list included Israel’s immediate neighbors Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria along with Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Iran.
Why the walkout happened
